I am new to cloth diapering so I can't wait to see what moms have to say about this. I have found this to happen to me but I find that when it does it is time to wash diapers. While the diapers are washing I also wash the pail out. Sometimes I use a bleach and let it sit in the pail and then give the pail a good rinse out. Right now since it is summer I let the pail sit outside and dry. If I am not using the bleach I dump some vinegar into the pail and do the same thing. It seems to work but I always wonder if it is OK for my diapers. So far I have not had any problems.

Thanks for joining in. Well, I hope you never experience this sproblem to the degree that I have. Esp. the amonia burn. :-(
ReplyDeleteHi! I'm your newest follower found you from the fluff talk. I am doing a weekly series to help moms who are thinking of doing cloth or new to it. It's called " cloth back to the basics" if you want to check it out.
